You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused portions of your subscription.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CASER and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our service, except as permitted by these Terms.
Court data and documents accessed through CASER remain the property of the respective courts and are subject to PACER terms and conditions.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.
By using CASER, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our total liability to you for any cause of action whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the service during the term of subscription.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CASER and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, New York, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
